We so regret that we cannot be with you tomorrow in Little Current. We were looking forward to seeing you both when you returned in the Spring. Eileen always had great enthusiasm for life and made us felel so good. We cannot imagine life without her. We trust she will rest peacefully and finally find her beloved son.

Sweet good bye to my life long friend Eileen. I will fondly remember our many adventures together. We loved to explore and travel with our children. I also have many memories of visits to the Island at Nanny and Bompin's place when I was a child. I will always admire her courageous spirit. She suffered many losses throughout her life and always found a way to look for that next rainbow. I pray now you are at peace and free of pain. Marlene, Dan....I am so sorry for your loss and pray for strength for the both of you in this time of your grief.

Eileen, what I thought would be a routine "introduction to sailing" session turned into a gift of a life time -I got to meet and know you.

Thank you so much for letting me spend whatever time I got to spend with you. Dan, Felix, and everyone else in your life were so much more fortunate than I to have been so close to you, for so long. Among the most cherished moments in life are those spent with the special people, the people who make you feel better just by sitting next to them. On that scale, you were one in a million.

I'm heart broken that we won't get to go on another sail. I hope you are with your beloved Son in peace.

Lot's of love Eileen,

-Ahsan (Sunny).

I knew Eileen when she lived in Kitchener and worked in insurance by the airport. During that time we had many adventures together on our boat in Port Credit. We lost touch during a difficult time in her life when she moved to Manitoulin Island. Over the years I have thought about her often and I am deeply saddened by this news. My deepest condolences go out to all her family and friends at this difficult time. Rest in Peace Eileen
