Margaret (Margie) Eleanor Stringer (nee Clark)
October 21, 1947 - April 15, 2024
 
Aged 76, passed away peacefully with family by her side on April 15th, 2024 at the Manitoulin Health Centre. Margie was born on October 21, 1947 to Donald Clark and Eleanor (Patterson) Clark of Kagawong.

Margie loved farming alongside her husband and life partner of 58 years, Tom Stringer (predeceased). She was a thoughtful and gentle person who was passionate about caregiving, gardening, books, and music. 

Margie was known for her selflessness, always putting the needs of others before her own, especially her family. She will be forever missed by her children Sharon (Bob), Leanne (Ron), Dwayne (predeceased), Heather (Rob), Janyn (Brent), her grandchildren Caitlyn, Amanda, Randi-lyn, Riley, Liam, Caleb, Cole, Kayla and great-grandchildren Aviah, Nixon, and Adler. Margie is survived by her siblings Allen, Marilyn, Ken, Ann, and Jim. 

A private family visitation will be held on April 20, 2024. 
A celebration of life will be held at a later date to honour the life of Margie and her beloved husband, Tom,
who passed just 2 months before his soulmate.
