In Loving Memory
Carole White
(August 21, 1941 – March 24, 2024)
Carole Beatrice White (nee Richards) fell asleep peacefully in death at the Manitoulin Centennial Manor on Sunday, March 24th, 2024 in her 83rd year. Loving wife of Donald White for 66 years. Lovingly remembered by children: Loretta Donaldson (Lloyd), David White, Steven White (Lois), Larry White and Lori Ann Waugh (Andy). She is predeceased by her beloved parents: Jenkins Richards and Olive Richards (nee Bailey) and her cherished sisters and their husbands: Doris Bowerman (Bill) and Ruth Rumley (Orton). Loved by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Remembered fondly by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and their families on the White side. Carole was born in Kagawong just across from Bridal Veil Falls and lived most of her life in the small community of Green Bay. It was clearly evident that she was well loved by all and we wish to express our immense gratitude to the doctors, nurses, PSWs and staff of the Manitoulin Centennial Manor for their extraordinary love and caring support through the years but especially in her final days. Carole was a long-standing member of the Little Current Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses and honouring her wishes, a funeral talk will be given Saturday, March 30th, 2024 at 2pm at the Kingdom Hall, 51 Wilson Street East, Little Current. A zoom tie-in will also be available. Please text Andy at 705-210-9795 for the credentials. Cremation has taken place and interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery.
