My condolences to the family. I fondly remember Gilbert working at MSS throughout my high school years. Due to his grand stature when he would say “get to class” we certainly listened. Later on when I worked for a period at the Chinese restaurant in Little Current, Gilbert and Joan would come for supper and they where my favourite customers. Joan you reminded me “red wine does not go in the fridge”. Blessings to you all.

To Joan and the family:

Sending my condolences and prayers to you. I remember the times that Gilbert would bring smoked fish to Andy and Charlie. Both the boys really liked it when he did. It was like a treat to them.
