I was so upset to hear of Aunt Azetta's passing. She is now in the arms of Our Lord. She was a loving, caring Mother and Aunt to everyone. I can still see her standing at the door, welcoming everyone into her home with hugs and kisses.

It was with sadness we heard of her passing from earth and joy to know of her arrival there in heaven to be with here loved ones there. To meet Him face to face, whom she had been faithful to all her days here on earth. Our deepest sympathies to all who grieve her passing and rejoice in the hope that springs eternal in Jesus.

I was saddened to hear of the passing of Azetta, she truly was a sweet caring, genuine lady with a strong faith in the Lord. I was Azetta''s room mate in the Little Current hospital for a couple of weeks this past spring. Her kind words and prayers helped me in my journey to healing and I will never forget her.
In speaking to Azetta she mentioned numerous times that she was ready to go whenever the dear Lord decided it was her time.
While the Lord has taken a wonderful woman from us I know she will be watching over us all from above. My condolences to the family.

It is with fond memories of Aunt Azetta that we send this condolence to the family. She cared that we knew the Lord she loved and communicated His love for us in her many acts of thoughtfulness. When she heard that our grandson was serving the Lord with Youth with a Mission in Pakistan, she sent a gift of support for his ministry on many occasions. She will be missed although fondly remembered.

To the Stephens family: We were so sorry to hear of Aunt Azetta's passing. We have wonderful memories of many visits to her place and always an open door and smile. She was so proud of all her family and appreciative of the love and assistance you gave her. We heard all about you all on our visits with her. The world would be a better place if we had more "Azetta Stephens". Hopefully her strength, integrity, love of God and her positive attitude will inspire our lives for years to come. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and may many lovely memories of her ease your hearts.

To all the Stephens Family. How we will all miss your loving mother. I personally have so many wonderful memories of Aunt Azetta. I cannot ever remember Aunt Azetta without a smile on her sweet face. She was such a humble , and loving person who shared her kindness with so many people. She loved her lord and never doubted her purpose on this earth, to be a good and kind person. Our dear father loved his sister so much and made sure all of his family shared many summers on the Island together. We will miss you dear Aunt Azetta. Love Chris and Liz Ennis

Dear Don, Sharon and family,
So sorry to hear about your Mom. I never had the privilege of meeting her but I have heard so much about her that I feel like she is apart of my family as well. God has truly blessed you with the gift of this lady. I know that your fond memories will carry you through these days. You cannot be a part of such a lady''s life and not have her touch woven in the very fibre of your being.
Mom has spoke so highly of Mrs Stephens, I was really hoping to get to meet her. I will one day. We have this blessed hope in Christ. May this hope fill your hearts with comfort and peace. I send condolences from Mom and our family as well. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
Love and Prayers
Nancy

A visit to the Island was never complete without stopping by the "lighthouse" home that Aunt Azetta made everyone feel so welcome to visit. She was a beautiful person and will be missed. Love to all her family from across the Pacific here in China.
