Percy Frank Mishibinijima
July 20, 1952 - August 31, 2025

It is with great sadness that the family
of Percy Mishibinijima anounces his sudden passing
at the Manitoulin Health Centre in Little Current
at the age of 73. Percy was a devoted husband, father and grandpa,

Percy is survived by his loving wife Nancy.
They were the first couple married in Buzwah church
and have been happily married for 47 years.

He is the father of Sarah, Diannia Lewis (predeceased), Robert (predeceased and Percy Jr. (predeceased).

Grandpa of Josh, Jayden, Jace and Emma.

He was born in Manitowaning to the late
Basil and Eliza Mishibinijima (nee Peltier).

Survived by his brother Hugh (Velma) Mishibinijima
Mary Ann, Stella, Audrey, Gilbert, Lawrence,
David, Rosemary, Maurice and Jean Bisson.

Godfather of Shamus Mishibinijima
and godson of Victoria and Ignatius Mishibinijima.

Percy will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews,
cousins and friends.

Percy was an outdoorsy man who enjoyed being out in the trees. He loved harvesting with his son Percy Jr. Together they cut and sold many cords of wood.
He also worked as a tree planter for many years as well as a labourer for CP Rail in Toronto.

at St. IgnatiusChurch, Buzwah
Visitation
Wednesday, September 3, 2025 from 3:00pm.
Funeral Mass
Friday, September 5, 2025 at 11am.
with Father Toni officiating.
Burial
to follow in the Buzwah Cemetery.
