Patrick is survived by his mother Christine Alice Shawana,
his brother Ken Lewis of Kaboni, his sisters Bobbi of Toronto 
and Yulanda “Morris/Buddy” of Serpent River,
his special nephew Joseph Medwayosh
and many more nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Predeceased by his father
Felix baa and his brother Donny baa.

Patrick was a loving, kind and generous person.
He worked for G.M most of his life.
He was one of a kind and loved to make people laugh.
He loved watching sports and was a great athletic 
who played football, basketball, baseball.
He loved listening to country music, enjoyed bonfires, 
going to country rides and watching movies. 
His favourite phrase was when you
procrastinate he would tell you.
“DO IT NOW” “DO IT NOW”

Patrick will be sadly missed by all those who knew him.
