Proud grandfather to Phoenix, Aria,
Trinity, Trillium and Finn.

Survived by siblings: Dolores (Jeff),
Brenda baa (Wayne baa), Terrence baa (Olive) and
Joan (Predeceased).

Predeceased by parents:
Martha (Mcleod-Shabogesic) Wabegijig
and Charles Wabegijig.

Survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and many special adopted parents and siblings.

Godfather to Robert Sutherland and Nicole Ominika.

Monster, was known by many for his days playing hockey as goaltender for the Wiky T-Birds and Founder of the Wableton annual Badminton tournament.
He was a carpenter, logger and forest firefighter.

He enjoyed walking, hiking, picking sweetgrass, visiting friends and family, storytelling and waiting for the Toronto Maple Leafs to win the Stanley Cup.

Mike was known for his humour, witty responses, funny quotes and will be deeply missed and forever cherished in the hearts of all who knew him.

on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 from 3:00 p.m.
Funeral Service
at the Holy Cross Mission Church
on Friday, November 8, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. 
Burial will take place after the service
at the Kaboni Cemetery.
