Jade will be missed by his godparents Velma Manitowabi and Lawrence (Chigs) Shawongonabe.

Grandson of Beatrice and David (predeceased) Bondy and Agillius and Julie Ominikamigo (both predeceased).

He will also be lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Jade was a general labourer for the Wikwemikong Housing Department. He was known for his crazy sense of humour and vibrant spirit. Jade had a unique way of bringing joy to everyone around him.

He always wanted the best for those he held close. He was passionate about his hobbies including video games and sports like hockey, baseball and volleyball. A loyal Toronto Maple Leafs fan, he never missed a game, cheering for his team with unwavering enthusiasm.

His daughter Leah recalls his quirky sense of humour even noting how he had the talent to “fart in the weirdest way and it was gross”. A memory that captures his playful nature. Jade’s love for life, humour and kindness will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
