Beloved son of Suzanne (Suzie-Q) Trudeau.
Grandparents Josephine Trudeau (nee Recollet) and Dominic "Biisineh (Care takers of the water)" Trudeau, both predeceased. Survived by Sisters Anita Peltier
and Elizabeth Simon-Trudeau,
Brothers Ronald Wakegijig (predeceased),
Jimmy Wakegijig (predeceased) (Nora)
and Henry-James Shawanda (Gloria).
Special friend of Genevieve (Zhunyep) Peltier. Stepchildren Alexander, Josh (predeceased) (Jessica), Leroy (Wendy) and Irene (Douglas).
Step Grandchildren Lexie (Chris), Caleja (Troy),
Courtnee (Cecil), Isaiah, Sladen,
Brooke, Liam, Taylor, Leo and Farrah.

Isaac started working early in life cleaning school buses for bus owners nearby his home. As a young teen he left his home community of Wikwemikong to work on the farms of Southern Ontario for the summer months.
He was a crew boss for the firefighters of Wikwemikong fighting fires across Northern Ontario.
He worked at the Amikook Centre assisting Elders of the community in their homes. The pride of his working life was personal support worker, he served 22 years for Wikwemikong Nursing Home.

He loved his residents, and many families will remember his tender compassionate care that was never compromised by any situation that would arise.

He loved all his pets, he often talked about who would greet him first in the spirit world all running towards him so happy to see him once again. He was a huge Toronto Maple Leafs fan; this occupied his wintertime off work. He loved gardening in the summer.

Isaac will be sadly missed by many cousins, friends, the residents of the Wikwemikong nursing home and best friends Henry Trudeau and Darin Kagige.

on Thursday, March 2, 2023
at 4:00pm.

Funeral Service
Funeral Mass at Holy Cross Church
on Saturday, March 4, 2023
at 11:00am.
Cremation to follow.
