his godchildren Ashtin Ominika, Delani Trudeau
and Kai-Phoenix Ominika-Turner,
his special cousins Dana and Ruby
and his bestest of buddies Johnny 'Miikanote' and Matthew 'Smelly Cat'.

Blake was a sweetheart, he was a kind, gentle, loyal, humble and sensitive man. His smile would light up any room he entered. He excelled in volleyball, basketball and baseball. He loved his scratch tickets, lotto and poker. His favourite pastime was to play cards and dice for hours with his family and friends. To all little ones, he was Uncle Bear and they all loved to hang out and visit with him. His laugh was so infectious, so much so, that he loved
laughing at his own cheesy jokes.
He was always giving his mom a helping hand, whether it was mowing the lawn, playing cards, scrabble, or having morning coffee, Mom and Pops knew they could always count on him. No matter who needed help he would be there for them. He was a fighter and had a strong determination and dedication that when he set out on a goal, he would do it, he knew he wanted to finish high school and was
so proud of himself when he got his GED.
Blake loved giving the longest biggest bear hugs and never forgot to say I love you!  We love you too Blake!
