It was with great sadness that I learned of Brian's sudden passing. When I retired from teaching, I chose to proctor students for their exams at KTEI. Brian welcomed me with open arms and made my job so easy. I was accepted into his KTEI family. I also enjoyed attending many of the Fall Harvests that Brian was an integral part of. He cooked up some delicious moose meat. He also shared moose meat with my family which I truly appreciated. I will miss meeting up with him in the Island community. The last time I saw him was at the Grille and Chill with his family. RIP Brian and condolences to Stephanie, Cassandra, Brian Jr. and his family and friends.

My deepest condolences to you, Stephanie. Brian is one of the students I most remember well. I recall him as being such a gentle person. It's wonderful to learn of the wonderful life he had, the simple pleasures that brought him such joy, and his dedication to his family and community.
