My deepest condolences and thoughts are with you this week. Helen was an awesome person with a ready smile for everyone and so sweet and positive. I am glad that my Dad and I found you in the bus and the last time I saw you both was in Blythe. Helens laugh was infectious and I remember her sitting there in the white captains chair just waiting for the next "punch line" so she could add a bit more to it.

I know you were so close to your Mom and that she was your role model.... she loved you alot and thrived on her love for both your and Kimmies children and grandchildren. Your picture of the 3 of you laughing on the deck is precious !!!
((( Bonnie ))) your hugs and one tug on the tie on the back of your blouse, since that is yours and my signal to turn around and find out who is making you smile !!!

Lois, Brenda and Russell,
Please keep your strength up in the next few days and know that I am thinking of you..... My heart is crying tears for Helen,

I wished I could have made it up to Aunt Helen’s funeral, but my thoughts were with you on that day. I said to mom “no matter what happens they can’t take away our memories of Aunt Helen”. From her owning the store in Espanola, where we got our one little puppy from, our Cosby’s family x-mas where all the grow ups sang “there aren’t no beer in heaven that’s why we drink it here”, or all the sisters and their mother in the kitchen doing the x-mas cooking, (where if you had any brains you stay out of).  There are so many more stories. I always remembered her with a warm welcoming smile and laughter.  She loved all of us and we loved her in return.
