To Sandra and the Pennie families
So sorry to hear of Wayne’s passing. He would usually stop in when he came to town for a haircut and I would catch up on what was going on in his life and of course the latest happenings in Manitowaning. You will be missed .....

We are very sorry to hear of Wayne’s passing he was a very special man to myself and my husband. I can’t even count how many days he stopped and picked me up on my way to school to make sure I didn’t freeze on my way. That is one of the many memories I have of him and will cherish them all. We are thinking of all the members of the Pennie family, he will be truly missed

Shelley and I just learned of Wayne's passing. Wayne will truly be missed as he was the unique fiber that makes up a community personality. He had his own way about him. He was always heard laughing and eager to tease and engage in casual conversation with all who would listen.
His generosity was his best kept secret. Sandy be comforted as you know he is one of those that has a place in heaven set aside. Know while we are not with you in person we are in spirit.
