I remember, as a small child going to the Big Lake store with my Aunt Lottie. They are good memories. Alvern, always was friendly, kind, and welcoming. Those qualities were shared throughout her life.
Thinking about her family at this very sad time...

Dear family. Such a sad time for all of you in the loss of Ann and Alvern. Two wonderful women of such faith and love of God. Alvern was such a caring person when I worked with her at the Manor. Remember her each Christmas when I unpack a Christmas dish she gave me. May God surround you with love, comfort and peace. Keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.
