Mary den Otter (nee Buckmam)
Born on May 17, 1934 in Chuck Hatch, England, passed peacefully with family at her side on Wednesday March 30, 2016 at the Manitoulin Health Centre, Little Current.
Born to parents Charlie and Clara Buckman (both predeceased).
Sister of Dennis (Alice predeceased),
Betty (predeceased) (Gerry),
and John (Freda) (both predeceased).
Aunt of nephews and nieces Heather (Alec), Carol (predeceased) (Steve),
Malcolm, and Diane (Brian).
Mary has been cremated as per her wishes.
Memorial Service to be at a later date--to be announced.
Mary was a resident of Manitoulin Centennial Manor for thirteen years.
Sons David and Alan, and former husband Joe wish to thank the staff of the Manitoulin Centennial Manor and the Manitoulin Health Centre, Little Current for the kind and considerate care provided to Mary.
Donations to Manitoulin Centennial Manor Auxiliary or the United Church of Canada, Little Current.

Mary was a client of mine for many years and we shared lots of good laughs , while I carried out my duties. She was a very strong lady and put up a good fight against the disease which took many good and productive years from her. Condolences to all.

So sorry to hear of your loss. Your mother would have been so touched and taken comfort in having family at her side until the end.
