Debbie, Duncan, Heather, Dale, Kris, Chris and all the grandkids, I want to say how sorry I am for your loss.
Words seem so inadequate and certainly cannot express what an effect your mom had on many people's lives.
Your mom and grandma was a rare person, who never said a hurtful word to anyone and was always there in her quiet way when you needed her.
You will miss her, but hold fast to the memories and she will live on in your hearts.

To Deb, Duncan, and all the family: please except our words of praise for such a kind and loving person that you had in a Mother, Mother -in law, Grandmother and close friends. Elaine was a very special person with a shy smile and a special kind of giggle. She will be able to be with Dewight and listen to him play the guitar again, Just like when we used to sit on the bench at the Tehkummah Dances many years ago.

There are those people who by their presence alone, create a brighter light in anyone's life. Elaine is one such person and in her own silent and kind manner "raised the bar" on showing respect and kindness to others.... Her attention to detail and acknowledging everyone in her daily life who was blessed enough to speak with her....
To Elaine's immediate family, please know that we reach out and hope our feelings of our loss is a comfort during this most difficult time.. No person can replace such a unique and special lady in her way of quality, caring, and dedication to her community.......

We are thinking of all of you at this sad time. Elaine was a very special lady, always ready to help you find anything you needed at Wards store, and yes, with a beautiful smile. Weren't we so very blessed to have her playing the organ at Church every Sunday, she didn't miss many. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of her family.

I am so sorry to miss Elaine's wonderful sense of humour and good nature whenever I stopped into Ward's General Store. Elaine was one of those rare people who seemed truly accepting of others, no matter their circumstances or station in life. She will be missed by friends and strangers alike. I'm one of those who hardly knew her, but liked her so very much.

Deepest Sympathies to all of Elaine's Family. She was a remarkable women who has left an impression on everyone who knew her. She was a very kind, gentle, caring, person with qualities all of us admired. She is now re-united with Dwight and they are both watching over all of you. It seems so unfair to think that a woman who had so much to give was taken from you so soon! She and Dwight will never be truly gone as they live on in all of you, and in your hearts, where they will be "forever"!!
