We will miss you dearly, South Bay is not the same without you. We will treasure all our memories with you. So many great memories while I was growing up involved you in them. Rest in peace Ethal. XOXO. Loads of love Tammy Bennett and family.

A highlight of my Library Outreach visits to the Manor was the time I spent with Ethyl. Her wit and humour always made me smile. God bless, kind lady.

I always looked forward to seeing Ethel in the manor and at chapel services there.
She was grateful for everything, forthright and witty, always quick to correct pronunciation of her name ("it rhymes with Canary!").
I miss seeing her there!

I'm sorry to hear of Ethel's passing, I have not been in touch with her for a while, but while she was still in South Bay Mouth, whenever we were fishing out of that harbour,I tried to drop off a feed of fish. She especially liked the whitefish livers. My father in law new Ethel for many years his name was Witty and our fishery was called Witty Fishery and that is how I got to know her.
