I am so sorry to hear of Hazel's passing. I met Hazel when I started working at the Huron Sands in 1985. We fondly referred to her as "Wee Hazel". She was absolutely one of the most genuine and kind-hearted human beings I have ever met in my life. I remember her attempting to teach me how to make pies and how delicious her homemade pies were. She has touched so many lives. She was a ray of sunshine and will be missed!

We will all miss you very much Aunt Hazel especially me. You always made me feel very special and welcome when I'd just pop in to visit and talk about family.I will always cherish our memories.
I hope you will get to walk as far as you want without pain and that you will be back with your family in peace. Don't forget to ask for your height back-you were quite upset about that at our last visit- after all you should be taller than me once again.
Our prayers are with you and your loved ones during this most difficult time. Sorry for not being there. Brenda

My condolences to you Joan in the passing of Hazel. She was a lovely lady. My memories of her were the pie making and as well I used to see her on my way to work and Hazel would be on the shoulder of the road going for long walks.

Sincerely
Susan
