Sympathy o all Leona's family. She was a great baker of butter tarts & butterscotch pie which she has shared over the years. She will be dearly missed

Our thoughts are with all of the family. Always remember the happy times and her smile as she shrugged her shoulder and giggles when something she something that made her laugh. As I told Leona last night she will be walking with the angles this weekend. It was a real pleasure to have the priviledge to say she was a friend and her kind ways will always be remembered. We will all miss the butter tart lady with the strong coffee.

Leona was a great lady and one of kind, for such a little lady, she had a huge prescence. She had so many great stories and always told as she saw it, there was not alot of sugar coating, which worked great for us and all who knew her. We are so sorry for your loss. Please know that we are thinking of your family and that you are in our hearts.

Love Jody and Angelo

Dear Brenda and family
As neighbours growing up in Stewarttown I have fond memories of your Mom and your farm on Trafalgar Road.

I regret only getting to the island once after you moved north, and that too so long ago, but how welcome your Mom made us.

Know that we extend our deepest sympathy for you all.

Memories are God''s help for difficult times.
Love to you all.

So sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. She was such a great lady, always laughing and willing to share a story or joke. Her way of telling it how it was is not one of a kind but just the way she was and respected for it.

Hi I was wondering if Mrs. Leona Reid lived or was related to by marriage to the owners of The Reid Farm in Georgetown Ontario in the 1940's and 50's? My condolences to your family on the passing of Mrs. Reid.
